Purnima, the sacred Full Moon Day, is one of the most auspicious and spiritually uplifting occasions in Sanatan Dharma. Symbolizing completeness, abundance, purity, wisdom and divine grace, Purnima is regarded as a powerful time for devotion, gratitude, charity and spiritual elevation. At Krishnayan, situated on the sacred banks of Maa Ganga in Haridwar amidst Gaumata, saints and Vedic traditions, Purnima becomes a complete celebration of Seva, Gratitude, Prosperity and Spiritual Fulfillment.
Transform Devotion into Selfless Service & Lasting Punya
Purnima is traditionally observed through fasting, prayers and worship. However, scriptures emphasize that the blessings of Purnima multiply when devotion is accompanied by charity, compassion and selfless service. Whether it is a birthday, anniversary, family milestone, educational achievement or personal sankalp, performing Purnima Seva at Krishnayan earns eternal blessings.
Devotees visiting Krishnayan during Purnima can immerse themselves in Satyanarayan Katha, Deepdaan under the Full Moon, Vishnu Poojan, Gau Aarti, Annadaan, Bhajan-Kirtan, Spiritual Satsang, Vedic Yagya, and dialogs with revered saints.
